Z Home Tofu is a delicious food for all ages, made with tofu and pork as the main ingredients and made with watercress sauce, sugar, and soy sauce. It is suitable for all ages, sweet and bitter, and has a strong taste. It contains iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and other trace elements necessary for the human body. It also contains sugars, vegetable oils and rich high-quality proteins. The dishes do not have a particularly strong seasonality and are edible all seasons.
Prepare a piece of old tofu. Cut into triangular pieces about 6 mm thick. Cut red pepper into slices. Cut one or two pieces of fungus into pieces for later use. Leave a little oil in the pan. Stir the chopped pork in a wok.
Add the pickled peppers and ginger to the wok, add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry, and fry the red oil.
Add the right amount of water.
After the water is boiled, salt, chicken essence, sugar, and soy sauce are seasoned.
Place the fried tofu in a pan after adjusting the taste.
Turn on low heat and burn tofu to taste.
Add the chopped fungus and garlic fry and stir-fry until the fungus is cooked.
Add the right amount of water starch and thinly mix. Out of the pan.
This dish mainly uses three kinds of seasonings: watercress, sugar and soy sauce to make delicious dishes. After it is finished, the color is golden red, the tofu is soft and fragrant, the spicy and salty taste is slightly sweet, and the local flavor is strong.
